Refund policy

    • Returns:
  • Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return.
  • Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once we have received your package, and examined your exchange will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive store credit to use on your next purchase.
  • You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
  • Any order placed in error will be refunded as store credit.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Anything marked “Final Sale” is non returnable. 
  • We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

You may NOT return:

  • SALE/CLEARANCE items,
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Belts
  • Gift certificates
  • or anything marked “Final Sale”
